Meet Our Experts
Dr. Antonio Rocamora
A neurologist with an extensive international background in epilepsy diagnosis and management, he brings over 20 years of experience combining clinical practice, research, and academic teaching.
He is the Head of the Advanced Epilepsy Unit at HM Nou Delfos in Barcelona and also directs the Epilepsy Unit at Hospital del Mar. In addition, he serves as an Associate Professor at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and collaborates with HM Hospitales in leading programs focused on drug-resistant epilepsy and advanced diagnostic techniques.
Dr. Carlo Efisio Marras
A neurosurgeon with an outstanding international career in epilepsy and pediatric neurosurgery, he brings over 20 years of experience leading epilepsy surgery and functional neurosurgery programs in Italy and abroad, combining clinical practice with teaching and research.
He currently collaborates with HM Nou Delfos, contributing his expertise in advanced surgical techniques for the treatment of drug-resistant epilepsy in both adults and children, with a focus on precision neurosurgery and minimally invasive procedures.
